Your Agent Plan is a lightweight operating system for real estate agents. It helps you manage listings, contacts, scheduling, SMS communication, and seller prep — all from one dashboard. Think of it as your command center for every active deal.
Tap "Get Started" on the homepage, create your account, and you’re in. You can set up your branding, add your first listing, and invite a seller in under five minutes.
Yes — you can explore the platform and create your first listing plan at no cost. Paid plans unlock SMS messaging, calendar sync, and additional listings.
No. Your Agent Plan is fully web-based and works on any device — desktop, tablet, or phone. No app store downloads required.

From your dashboard, click "+ New Listing Plan," enter the property address, seller name, and target list date. Once the seller completes the property questionnaire, our AI generates a personalized prep plan with tasks, timelines, and budget estimates.
It asks about the property’s current condition — flooring, paint, pets, landscaping, clutter levels, and more. The answers feed directly into the AI-generated plan so every task is relevant to that specific home.
Absolutely. You and the seller can add, remove, reorder, and reprioritize tasks. You can also adjust budget estimates, mark tasks complete, and set custom due dates.
You send them a link via SMS or copy the link from your dashboard. They open it in their browser — no login required. Everything is branded with your name, photo, and colors.

Yes. We support imports from Follow Up Boss, Lofty (Chime), KVCore, reZEN, Google Contacts, Apple Contacts, and any generic CSV file. The import wizard walks you through exporting from your platform step by step.
The pipeline is a kanban-style board within your Contacts page for tracking leads through stages — New Lead, Contacted, Consultation, Agreement, and Nurture. You can move contacts between stages and filter by seller or buyer.
Yes. Contacts are tagged as Seller, Buyer, Vendor, or Other. The pipeline handles both buyer and seller leads with badge-based differentiation.

You can text sellers directly from YAP. Messages are sent from a dedicated number tied to your account. You can send plan links, showing requests, reminders, and open house invites — all tracked with delivery and read receipts.🚧 Feature under development

Your name, brokerage, headshot, brand colors, tagline, and designations. These appear on every seller-facing touchpoint — the plan portal, questionnaire, SMS messages, event confirmations, and the sidebar navigation.
Minimally. The seller experience is designed to feel like your platform. Your brand is front and center — YAP branding is limited to a small "Powered by" line.

Yes. Your calendar shows events across all your listings — showings, inspections, photo shoots, deadlines. Events are color-coded by listing.
Yes. YAP syncs with Google Calendar so your listing events, showings, and deadlines appear alongside your personal schedule. You can also export events via iCal format.
