SMS Notifications — Consent & Opt-In

Your Agent Plan (operated by Hypandra Inc.) offers optional SMS text message notifications to help real estate agents stay on top of their listing preparation workflow. This page explains what messages you will receive, how you opt in, and how you can opt out at any time.

What Messages Will I Receive?

Your Agent Plan sends transactional notifications only—no marketing or promotional messages. You may receive:

  • Task reminders — upcoming deadlines for listing preparation tasks (staging, inspections, repairs, etc.)
  • Client activity alerts — when a seller completes their questionnaire, updates availability, or responds to your listing plan
  • Account notifications — subscription confirmations or critical account updates

Example Messages

Your Agent Plan: Reminder — Staging walkthrough for 123 Oak St is tomorrow at 2pm. Reply STOP to opt out.
Your Agent Plan: Your client Jane D. submitted their seller questionnaire. Review at youragentplan.com. Reply STOP to opt out.
Your Agent Plan: You're subscribed to SMS notifications. Reply HELP for help, STOP to unsubscribe.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your listing activity. Messages are sent only in response to events like upcoming task deadlines or client actions. Inactive accounts will not receive messages.

How to Opt In

SMS notifications are opt-in only. To subscribe:

  1. Log in to your Your Agent Plan agent account
  2. Go to Settings → Profile
  3. Ensure your phone number is on file
  4. Enable the “SMS Notifications” toggle

By enabling SMS notifications, you agree to receive text message notifications from Your Agent Plan at the phone number on your profile. Message and data rates may apply.

How to Opt Out

You can opt out of SMS notifications at any time:

  • Reply STOP to any message you receive from Your Agent Plan
  • Disable the “SMS Notifications” toggle in your agent profile settings

After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further SMS messages. You can re-enable notifications at any time through your profile settings.

Buyer SMS — Verbal Consent

Agents may also send transactional SMS messages to their buyer clients—showing confirmations, schedule updates, and listing matches. Because agents work with buyers in person and over the phone, consent is collected verbally using a standard script.

Before sending SMS to a buyer, the agent reads a verbal consent script and records the buyer’s affirmative response in Your Agent Plan (timestamped per contact). Buyers can opt out at any time by replying STOP or asking their agent.
